• UIC: Unique Identification Code linking to a verified record.
• Verifier: An authorised organisation checking a candidate’s award.
• Institution: A partner higher-education provider.
• Candidate: A student or graduate whose record is verified.

4. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information, use the Service for lawful purposes, and not attempt to bypass security or access unauthorised data.

5. Verification Results

Results show core award details supplied by institutions. Availability depends on partner onboarding and data quality.

6. UIC Handling

UICs are confidential. Share a UIC only with authorised verifiers and do not post it publicly.

7. Responsibilities

• Verifiers: Use results solely for legitimate checks and keep data secure.
• Candidates: Keep your contact details current and safeguard your UIC.
• Institutions: Provide accurate data and notify corrections promptly.

9. Fees

Verification via {BRAND} is free for students, institutions and employers.

10. Disclaimers
